
Terms and Conditions
Any service may be ordered by telephone, e-mail or on-line and that the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Customer agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work, unless other arrangements have been made with ACM Cleaning.
All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed.
All outstanding balances are payable by cash or cheque on the day of the cleaning visit (except for when other credit terms have been previously agreed/Contract cleaning)
In case of a complaint, ACM Cleaning requires to be notified within 24 hours after the cleaning work completion. Claims will not be considered after the above time limit.
In the event of complaint the client will allow the company to send a cleaner back to the property to complete the work to the client`s satisfaction and the company will not normally refund any payment if it is not permitted to return to the client`s property to complete the job.
ACM Cleaning will not take responsibility for any client’s children present whilst carrying out duties.
ACM Cleaning advises that customer must be present at the completion of the job so that to inspect if it is done to a satisfactory level and ask for any corrections if needed before our cleaners leave.
If the client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.
The client may order/cancel or re-schedule a service by giving at least a 24 hour notice.
A cancellation fee of £ 30.00 is applicable if cancelled on arrival for one-off cleaning service.
The customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a past cleaner introduced to the customer by ACM Cleaning if the customer does wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner than he/she must pay a referral fee of £350.00
Please note that by booking our services the Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions stated above.
ACM Cleaning reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.
